Shipping costs for DHL in Germany

For orders under €55.00, we charge €5.50 shipping costs, including statutory VAT. For orders over €55.00, we deliver free of charge.

Shipping costs for DHL to selected countries

Shipping costs to Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Iceland, Croatia, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, and Cyprus are: €12.00 including statutory VAT for orders up to €129.00. For orders over €129.00, we cover the shipping costs for you.

Shipping costs to other countries

We do not deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Turkey, Hungary, Uzbekistan and Ukraine. In the case of a purchase contract, you must arrange for the goods to be collected from us yourself. Of course, you can order directly from your country's distributor and have the goods delivered directly to you.

Delivery times

Currently, our delivery times within Germany are approximately 2 - 4 working days after order receipt; for international deliveries, it's within 7 working days after order receipt (for agreed advance payment, after the payment has been received). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
